Just released my first commercial game, Duralumin Wind, made completely in gamemaker studio earlier this year. It's a twin Stick action game were you fly a helicopter, blow stuff up, complete missions and grab supplies. Its a small game with just four levels. The difficulty level can be customized on the fly by adjusting the strength and damage of the player and enemy. Prior to starting on this project, I worked on mods for Wolfestein 3D and Close Combat.
Description:
Duralumin Wind is a straight forward 2d twin stick shooter in which you pilot a helicopter with limited ammunition, health and fuel. Each of these resources will need to be replenished as you play by finding pickups scattered across the level.
Each of the four levels are composed of series of individual objectives that must be completed to clear the level. Accessing your map and mission objective screen will help you navigate between points on the map.
Their is no saving mid level, instead the game automatically unlocks the next level upon the completion of the current level and saves your progress.
Currently the game only supports keyboard and mouse controls.
Anyways would love any feedback.
On steam and Itch.io.
