This is a text-based adventure game. Originally I wrote this into a book form but thought it too funny to leave there. It sorta just ends, because I was not sure what would happen after getting to the bus stop. The fun
part of this project is finding all the ways the little boy dies. All the images are stolen off the internet ...

This just shows what can be done with only 2 buttons and 20 lines of code (or less).

Maybe I'll fix, or maybe not (leave it as an easter egg?) In the book, I ended it with "Good job making it to the bus stop on time. Oops, it's Saturday. A spaceship comes down ....." and I had no clue what comes next. :)) It was just something to get my daughter, age 9, interesting in writing something. Instead of just watching youtube.

Another bug you missed, some of the text leaves the background box. Maybe I'll fix both of those problems and add in some credit stuff at the end, instead of just a link to my website. :banana:

Seems like this kind of game (with multiple outcomes) could spark kids interest in reading.

Way back when computers were new, I played infocom alot o_O
Fixed the issues above, Tinkered with my message button, that seems
pretty cool so I will post it into the tutorials section.
