iOS Where do I find Apple IAPs ext ?

For the new 2.2.4 runtime to work I need an Apple IAPs ext(according to manual). But I cant find it on the marketplace. Please help. Share a link!

The IAP Update Thread says in large bold letters:
Please note that the release notes and the guides linked-to below all mention several new or updated extensions are required for use with 2.2.4 - these are undergoing final testing and store packaging at the mo, so we will add them here as direct downloads of the .yymp files as soon as these are available.

The Marketplace will not be updated with these new extension versions until 2.2.4 is out fully!

2.2.4 has just released in beta yesterday, so like the message says the updated extensions will be added to that post when they are finished with testing.
They will then be released onto the Marketplace when 2.2.4 comes out of beta and is officially released as the latest stable build.

Keep your eye on the thread I linked for the yymp files to be added.
