Feedback Which GameMaker version do I need?

Hey there! I'm not exactly new in this forum, I used to use GameMaker 8.1 way back! My account has been for some reason deleted.

***Anyway here is the important message:***
I want to buy GameMaker Studio 2, but I'm not sure which one to buy. What I'm hoping to do is to be able to release games to Android/iOS and Steam/PC.

The old GMC was archived years ago, along with all accounts, and anyone that had an account on the old forum had to create new accounts for the new GMC forum.

If you look at the Developer edition then you would need the Desktop licence to allow you to publish Windows games, and the Mobile licence to allow you to publish Android and iOS.
