There are also Youtube Tutorials (Shaun Spalding, Friendly Cosmonaut etc) where you can follow along and that have downloads available for the tutorial series (I think?)

Also https://ldjam.com/games comes to mind where you can download the source code of all the games that were submitted in the Ludum Dare gamejam competition, but there's no way of finding out which ones were done with Game Maker if the authors(s) didn't tell.
