window_set_fullscreen() set the window in fulscreeen and bordeless modes
i need only fullscreen

Full screen is full screen - no window border because it isn't windowed, it's full screen.
Do you actually want a full screen window?
If so use window_set_size().

And window_set_position(). You may also want to consider using display_set_gui_maximise() if you plan on using the GUI layer, but that's totally up to you.
