I'm thinking about uing Sony IPs for a fan made tactics game, doing something crazy. Thoughts?

sadly its dead, but in super high demand. You could easily carve out your own IP and ideas with the same style and it would sell like hotcakes.

True, but I wanna try something familiar. Sadly I dunno how to get Isometric on Gamemaker.

These three links should give you most the info you need:

Yellow Afterlife's blog post on Isometric (GML specific, plus has an example project available to download).
https://yal.cc/understanding-isometric-grids/

Clint Bellanger has 2 great posts on the topic and the math involved.

Also dont bother using someone else's IP. You'll just get hit with a cease and desist. Make your own game! :)

Well I wanna do some research behind it and get some numbers to try and do a business plan as well as have a playable snippet. And thanks for the info on isometric design.
